What this website collects

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies, and it does not store anything you type.

  • Enquiry form: the form only composes a message in WhatsApp or your email app on your own device. Nothing is sent to or saved on our website. You choose whether to send it.
  • Fonts: this site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Like any web request, this means Google receives your IP address and basic browser information. See Google’s privacy policy.
  • Links to other services: WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook are operated by Meta and have their own privacy policies, which apply when you use them.

Information we collect when you contact or book with us

  • Contact details such as your name, phone number and email address, when you message, call, SMS or email us.
  • Booking details such as your preferred appointment times.
  • Health information you share during your consultation, such as medical conditions, medications and relevant history. We ask for this only so we can decide whether Hijāma is appropriate and provide it safely.

How we use your information

  • To respond to enquiries and arrange appointments.
  • To assess whether Hijāma is suitable for you and to provide safe, personalised care and aftercare.
  • To contact you about your appointment.
  • To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use your health information for marketing.

Sharing your information

We only disclose your personal or health information with your consent, or where we are required or permitted to by law (for example, in an emergency or to prevent a serious threat to someone’s health or safety).

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only for as long as we need it or as required by law. Messages you send through WhatsApp, SMS or email are also held by those service providers.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us. We may need to confirm your identity first.
